Brian Robinson

Brian, who was a long-standing member of KFCC, sadly passed away on Christmas Eve.

The club would like to acknowledge the contribution he made especially to the Ladies side.

Ever an enthusiast he was reportedly a life member of Grimsby Town FC and also played senior hockey.

During his time at the club he displayed his extensive general knowledge by winning the annual club quiz on more than one occasion. He was also an avid attendee with his family at the ladies and T20 finals days.

While a solid, if not explosive batsman, in his latter years he regularly played for Essex and the Two Counties Over 60s and over 70s cricket sides.

Our condolences go to his wife Mary and his family and in particular to his relative James Balfour who played for the club.
