Great excitement as the season got under way for the KFCC 1st XI last weekend as they took on Copdock & Old Ipswichian CC away. With new kit and sponsors, the hard work in the winter nets sessions paid off as they won by 55 runs. It was a great team effort to reach 305-7 with stand out performances from Alfie Long for his 133 and George Curtis for his 4-58.

The first home game is 23rd April vs Braintree CC followed by an away match on 30th April against Bury St Edmunds CC.
